Imaginez un voyage qui ne ressemble qu’à vous. Un road trip à travers les paysages préservés d’Occitanie, des vignobles dorés aux Pyrénées majestueuses, des villages de pierre aux bords de Méditerranée. Qu'est-ce qu'un elopement ?
Un elopement, c’est bien plus qu’un simple mariage en petit comité.
C’est choisir de célébrer votre union loin des conventions, dans l’intimité et la spontanéité. Que ce soit au lever du soleil sur un sommet, au bord d’un lac, dans une forêt secrète ou au détour d’un village de charme, chaque moment devient une expérience authentique, taillée sur mesure pour vous.
Un elopement, c’est une escapade à deux, loin du quotidien, pour passer un doux moment ensemble et, si vous le souhaitez, faire une cérémonie, juste vous deux, avec votre officiante, seuls au monde.
Ca peut aussi être l’occasion de renouveler vos vœux pour un anniversaire de mariage, ou une façon originale de fêter la St Valentin.

Organiser l’elopement qui vous fera profondément vibrer, c’est comme organiser le mariage qui vous fera profondément vibrer. Ca demande du temps, et une bonne connaissance de la région. Et c’est un objectif qui me passionne! L’Occitanie regorge de mille trésors, et je rêve de vous les faire découvrir. Pour la petite histoire, au moment de ma reconversion, j’ai hésité entre l’événementiel et le tourisme. And it's a goal that I'm passionate about! Occitanie is full of treasures, and I dream of helping you discover them. For the record, when I was changing careers, I hesitated between event planning and tourism. So taking you on an intimate adventure to a hidden gem in Occitanie is a mission I accept with great pleasure!

Je construis ensuite votre escapade avec ma partenaire photographe, Sophie, nous vous présentons plusieurs possibilités selon votre budget, et vous n’avez plus qu’à choisir !
Et après, on vous emmène en road trip avec nous !
Et vous, vous vous laissez porter, et vous vivez cette parenthèse à deux.
Tarif: 4200€.
Ce tarif inclut la prestation d’organisation et de coordination, la prestation de la photographe Sophie Bachère, l’essence et le repas.

I then plan your getaway with my photographer partner, Sophie. We present you with several options based on your budget, and all you have to do is choose!
Then we take you on a road trip with us!
And you just go with the flow and enjoy this precious moment together.
Price: €4.200.
This price includes organization and coordination services, the services of photographer Sophie Bachère, gas, and meals.
Comment ça se passe ?
- On fait connaissance lors d’un premier rendez-vous en visio.
- Une fois que tout est clair pour vous, je vous envoie les documents, et vous les signez grâce à un logiciel de signature électronique (devis, contrat et conditions générales de vente)
- Je vous partage un espace de suivi du projet, où vous retrouvez toutes les étapes et tous les prestataires sélectionnés si applicables (par exemple, la fleuriste, si vous souhaitez un bouquet pour ce moment, ou la maquilleuse…)
- Je vous envoie un questionnaire pour affiner vos goûts: thé ou café, menu végétarien, sans gluten, apéritif avec ou sans alcool, collation salée ou sucrée… Des petits détails qui rendent la journée plus savoureuse !
- Vous avez accès à un dossier de sauvegarde avec tous les contrats et devis signés avec les prestataires
- Nous échangeons sur un forum de discussion bien rangé
- Je vous donne rendez-vous pour la grande aventure
- Jour J, heure H, c’est parti pour votre escapade à deux !
Je parle ici d’organisation de mariage intimiste aux alentours de Toulouse, mais je peux aussi vous accompagner pour organiser un anniversaire, un baptême, une cousinade, un départ à la retraite…

To ensure that your ceremony truly and deeply reflects who you are, we take the time to get to know each other better through meetings and questionnaires, either alone or together.
Gradually, you will see the idea of your ceremony take shape, with speeches, rituals, music, and more.
We discuss all aspects together: the arch, the decorations, the equipment...
I contact everyone who has a role to play at this moment: your vendors and your loved ones.
I write your ceremony, listening to your music.
If you have chosen me as your officiant, I will meet with you the day before your wedding. We will go over everything one last time and, most importantly, rehearse the entrance of the procession with your music.
On the big day, I will arrive at least 1.5 hours before the ceremony begins. I will check the setup, go over everything with the DJ, and reassure everyone involved. Then it's time for a moment out of time...
I am talking here about organizing intimate weddings in the Toulouse area, but I can also help you organize a birthday, a baptism, a family reunion, a retirement party... All stages of life deserve to be celebrated!
